Duration: 12 months contract initiallyThe Opportunity:
- Client is expanding and scaling its Cloud Marketplaces program with Cloud Tech Partners such as Microsoft and AWS.
- Your role will be to work on key Cloud Marketplace programs to help drive incremental new revenue booked through Marketplaces Procurement.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with Sales and Partner Managers on pipeline related activities, working with Excel, CRM and PowerBI for reporting and analytics to engaging with back operations team to execute key projects.
Operation
- Become an expert on Cloud Marketplaces Procurement Program, act as special Deal Desk advisor
- Interact with internal stakeholders on approval requests, assist with deal structure questions that meet both client's requirements and customer needs along with Cloud Partner requirements, including but not limited to Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit and other functions
- Regularly communicate with sales teams to ensure consistent application of process and policy. Ensure that transactions adhere to client's internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
- Monitor submission for opportunities to be evaluated for marketplace transactions
- Email to Sales account team and Partner Managers approval decision on opportunities requesting for Marketplace procurement
- Review Marketplaces pipeline, update CRM with deals identified as having Enterprise agreement, clean SFDC data hygiene for PowerBI dashboard.
- Implement project plans; enhancements and business process queries on Client.com and other associated apps
- Track progress and follow-up to completion product listings on Cloud Marketplaces
- Prepare communication to sales and management -draft recurring newsletter on in-quarter deal status, bi-weekly or monthly deal wins and highlight resources
- Engage with Credit Team to monitor Azure Marketplace private offers to request new private offers as needed for one-time payments
- Monitor end dates of contracts and end the private offer upon end of year three or contract end
- Create and maintain online forms using Microsoft Forms
- Add new hires to team distribution lists, recurring meetings, system accounts and manage members, channels, and access to Microsoft Teams
- Monitor Outlook mailbox and redirect inquiries to appropriate team for follow-up/action
- Governance and curation of sales collateral and enablement on internal portals (Client's Field Readiness, Client's Digital University)
- Maintain team organization slides
- Primary liaison between external content design vendor and client on presentation slides (e.g. communicate priority of overnight projects, review client's instructions for clarity, notify requestor once slides are complete, etc.)
- Business analysis with Excel reporting, enterprise system such as ERP or experience with Client & CRM reports/reporting and Power BI
- Project management - Document, implement tasks, follow up and follow through to completion
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Teams or Slack
- Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
