Product Manager - Sage Connect*Hybrid - 3 working days in our Newcastle OfficeJoin Sage in building the future of networked accounting.
Sage is on a mission to transform how businesses connect and collaborate. As a Product Manager for Sage Connect, you'll be part of a dynamic team building apps that link Sage's accounting and ERP customers with their wider business network-suppliers, customers, accountants, banks, employees, and government.
Our current focus is automating Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows, but we're quickly expanding into broader network automation. This is a rare opportunity to shape the next generation of accounting solutions, leveraging AI, digitisation, and Sage's global customer base.Key Responsibilities What You'll Do
  • Own product discovery and delivery for Sage Connect, working closely with designers and engineers to build solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, legal, and privacy teams to ensure alignment with business constraints
  • Deeply understand our users and customers, using data and feedback to inform decisions
  • Track industry trends and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve
  • Influence stakeholders and executives through data-driven storytelling
  • Work in a cross-functional, empowered product team using principles from Marty Cagan's Inspired
Must-Have Experience
  • Deep understanding of the UK small business landscape
  • Proven experience in Product Management and Product Ownership
  • Strong collaboration with design and engineering teams
  • Experience working closely with commercial and marketing teams
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions
