We are currently seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycles, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with the organisational vision and strategy.As a Programme Manager at Sage, you will work with global teams, establish a deep understanding of portfolio requirements, and drive operational excellence through the implementation of world-class processes. You will identify dependencies between programmes and workstreams, using best practice frameworks to deliver efficiencies.*** Please note that this role is hybrid and requires working 3 days a week from our Newcastle office. ***Key Responsibilities • Manage one or more programmes comprising of multiple products and deliverables
  • Collaborate with other Programme Managers to ensure alignment across all plans.
  • Manage Project Managers, providing guidance, clarifying dependencies, removing blockers, and maintaining oversight across all project areas.
  • Develop strong relationships to embed yourself in the product delivery process.
  • Analyse project retrospectives and trends by engaging with different product workstreams.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with the Software Delivery Lifecycle and end-to-end product launch processes, including a technical understanding.
  • Background working in Agile environments.
  • Experience leading Project Managers and Product Managers.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams to develop accurate and realistic delivery schedules, including go-to-market launch dates.
  • Experience working with accounting products is a plus.
