Vitalis are recruiting for a qualified Social Worker to work in an Adoption team in the Wirral.
We are seeking applications from experienced practitioners who are confident in completing assessments for adoption support, providing support to both adopters and children with a plan of adoption. The service provides and delivers a quality service for prospective adopters including robust assessments and analysis, preparation training and on-going support.
