Protocol Education is supporting a secondary school in West London to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students, foster a love of physical education, and contribute to both academic and extracurricular life within a supportive and high-achieving school community.About the Role:Plan, deliver, and resource engaging PE lessons that enable students to make excellent progressSet high expectations to inspire and challenge all pupilsCreate a positive and orderly learning environment, applying behaviour systems fairly and consistentlyNurture curiosity and motivation, encouraging students to achieve their personal bestAssess, track, and provide constructive feedback to move learning forwardContribute to the wider life of the school by leading enrichment activities, sports clubs, competitions, and tripsCollaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice, share resources, and drive continuous improvementUphold safeguarding standards and promote the welfare of all studentsRole Details:Location: West LondonContract: Full-time, permanentStart Date: ASAP or negotiable for the right candidateSalary: Competitive (dependent on experience and qualifications)What We’re Looking For:Degree-level qualification (preferably in PE or a closely related subject)Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and eligibility to work in the UKStrong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical educationEffective behaviour management and commitment to high standardsExperience raising attainment and driving progress in a challenging environmentAbility to contribute to enrichment, extracurricular activities, and wider school cultureReflective practitioner, open to feedback, and committed to professional growthA genuine belief in the potential of every student✨ If you are a motivated and energetic PE Teacher who thrives on helping students reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
