This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is determined to raise attainment and broaden opportunities through sport and physical education.About the Role:Deliver engaging, challenging PE lessons that motivate and inspire students across all key stages.Set high expectations for progress and achievement, ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their potential.Plan and teach well-structured lessons that embed knowledge, develop skills, and build confidence.Provide students with constructive feedback to support their continued improvement.Create a positive climate for learning by applying behaviour systems consistently and fairly.Contribute to curriculum development, assessment planning, and exam preparation.Play an active role in enrichment, including clubs, competitions, trips, and whole-school events.Share best practice within the department and participate in professional development activities.What We’re Looking For:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and eligibility to work in the UK.A degree in Physical Education or a closely related subject.Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for PE.Evidence of excellent teaching practice and a commitment to raising attainment.Experience of supporting students through curriculum and examination preparation.Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.A reflective and proactive approach to professional development.A genuine passion for education and belief in the potential of every student.
