With quarterly PDPs rather than annual, your career can move as quickly as you do.Position Overview:As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you’ll support and deliver high-performing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You’ll optimise daily performance, contribute to creative development, and bring insights and platform expertise to help drive exceptional results for our clients.What are the key responsibilities for the role?
  • Execute, monitor, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing and real-time bidding adjustments.
  • Analyse performance (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM), providing clear insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to brief and iterate assets based on platform best practices.
  • You’ll support the client narrative in reporting, translating data into meaningful insights and presenting back with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional campaigns and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Required skills for our team..
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Confident communicator with clear reporting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Confident working both collaboratively and independently, with a proactive, self-starting approach.
