
Senior Paid Media Executive - THG Nutrition

- Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search accounts across multiple EU locales, ensuring market-specific strategies are aligned to business objectives.
- Activate and scale campaigns across key paid media platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft and SA360 across all campaign types, ensuring performance is tailored to local nuances such as language, trends, and seasonality.
- Collaborate with local country managers, ecommerce and CRM teams to support weekly promotional activity and develop full-funnel campaign plans.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance at both local and regional levels, making data-led decisions to drive growth and improve ROI.
- Support localisation of creative assets and keyword strategies in partnership with translation teams or native speakers to enhance relevance and performance.
- Partner with Influencer & Ambassadors teams to deliver EU-specific UGC-led paid media briefs and amplify local content.
- Contribute to CRO testing and conversion rate improvements by analysing performance data by market and feeding into testing roadmaps.
- Provide clear and insightful weekly/monthly reporting to key stakeholders across countries and regions.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation by region and channel to maximise return on ad spend.
- Drive key workstreams such as AI, Profitability, New Customer Growth & Automation to improve our efficiency and progression as a channel.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search/paid media, ideally within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
- Proven experience managing multi-market campaigns, with specific focus on EU locales.
- Strong understanding of localisation strategies and cultural nuances across European markets.
- Proficiency with key platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads and SA360.
- Exceptional communication skills - comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different geographies and teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to deliver insight-led recommendations.
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable - thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to improve performance across multiple regions.
