
Lettings Negotiator

- Generating and securing new lettings instructions
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Meeting and exceeding personal and branch lettings targets
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
- Previous experience in residential lettings (minimum 6 months)
- Proven sales ability and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and strong telephone manner
- Local knowledge of Chichester (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
