The successful candidate will be ambitious, articulate, and professional, with the ability to build strong client relationships and maximise opportunities.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Negotiate property sales to achieve the best price and terms
  • Manage applicant databases and match buyers with suitable properties
  • Conduct viewings and follow up with potential purchasers
  • Deliver a high standard of client care at all times
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, ideally at senior level
  • Listing and valuation skills useful
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
  • High-level customer service skills and professional demeanour
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude
  • Well-presented, self-motivated, and ambitious
  • Full driving licence and own car preferred
  • Good local knowledge of Chichester and surrounding areas beneficial
