Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Description:HR Support Officer - People Projects | 8813 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £26,403 - £28,142 per annum | Scale E | County HallWe are looking for an HR Support Officer to join the People Projects team here at Norfolk County Council. The team supports organisational change in NCC and the job's core focus is to support projects which involve people change across our range of services. It's a broad role where you'll be able to add value with what you do, and you'll take a lead on formal HR process administration, implementation of establishment hierarchies and providing solutions in line with our policies to make change happen.To be considered for the role, you'll need to be able to demonstrate your experience in customer services and have clear and concise communication skills. You'll have a positive and proactive approach to taking issues forward, be able to use IT confidently and listen to and be sensitive to the views of others.
