Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Description:HR Support Officer - Transactions | 8660 | Permanent Contract | 28 hours per week | £25,584 per annum pro rata | Grade E | NorwichAn opportunity has arisen for an HR Support Officer to support the delivery of a HR Transactions service that feed into employees' terms and conditions and pay.You will handle day to day queries and provide advice and guidance on HR processes, working with customers, managers and other HR colleagues to identify solutions in line with policies to support best practice.Activities will need to be prioritised and you will need to work accurately and delivered to defined standards and timescales.There is the need to use excellent customer service skills and communicate effectively with team members and customers. You will establish and maintain good working relationships with all customers and HR and Payroll teams.Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of HR and payroll transactional processes and calculations working with specialised HR and Payroll IT systems.Interviews will take place via video technology, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your working arrangements.We want our people to be inspired and motivated to work well together, make the most of our workspaces, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and deliver excellent services to Norfolk and its people.
