It's a senior opportunity within an independently owned, family-run dealer group with an annual turnover of £60m and a strong franchise portfolio. You'll be leading a team of 25, driving volume workshop throughput, and ensuring brand standards and customer experience remain first-class.About the businessEstablished for over 60 years, with multi-franchise workshops representing recognised brands.11 workshop bays (including MOT), generating £1.6m labour revenue and £1.2m parts turnover annually.A genuinely family-owned and run business, built on long-standing relationships and customer trust.What you'll be doingFull responsibility for Aftersales operations across service and partsLeading, mentoring, and developing a team of approx. 25 staffEnsuring brand compliance and manufacturer standards are consistently achievedDriving customer experience and satisfaction scores to the highest levelsOverseeing labour and parts performance, analysing P&L and identifying profit opportunitiesManaging workflow, KPIs and performance across a high-volume environmentImplementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes (experience with Keyloop Drive highly advantageous)What we're looking forMain franchised dealer experience is essentialExtensive Aftersales and Service Department management backgroundStrong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage and develop teamsDemonstrable success in improving customer experience scoresExperience managing volume workshop throughput and multi-brand operationsCommercially aware, with P&L and budget responsibility backgroundVAG brand experience strongly preferred (though not essential)The packageBasic salary of £60,000OTE up to £75,000 (flexibility to increase for Vaccredited candidates)Clear progression opportunities within a growing, independent dealer groupThe autonomy and responsibility to run a thriving Aftersales operation your wayIf you're ready to take on a high-level Aftersales Manager role where your expertise will directly shape the performance of the business this is your opportunity.How to apply
