  • Starting salary of £33,000 per annum plus bonuses, providing uncapped on-target earnings around £43,000 per annum.
  • 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends!

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Vehicle Service Manager for our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Pontypridd.Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for a team of 5 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Service Advisors, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional after sales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.The successful candidate will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Pontypridd and have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a small to medium-sized franchise-approved car dealership or be an Assistant Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation.
