- Delivering engaging trainingat our Birmingham centre, client sites in the UK, and internationally.
- Collaborating with Sales to provide industry sector expertise when talking with clients.
- Designing and refining course content, both for classroom and eLearning formats.
- Supporting learners throughout their journey, offering guidance and tutor support.
- Assessing and quality assuring coursework to maintain our high standards.
- A Master's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A recognised training qualification(e.g., AET, Petals).
- 5+ years' experience in a Security Management role.
- Proven experience delivering
- A valid driving licence and passport for travel flexibility.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.
