- Passionate about the Hospitality industry with experience in a senior back of house role
- Experience of delivering training and coaching and leading team meetings
- Confidence in delivering and receiving feedback
- Understanding and/or the ability to use and learn new app-based systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to deal with issues as and when they arise during pre & post opening
- Able to travel nationwide, with access to your own vehicle
