Do you want to work for a fantastic company with a great culture and strong values?Here at GXO Brinklow in Milton Keynes, we're working together with Waitrose and are on the look-out for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced transport office.You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a rotating shift pattern of Tuesday - Saturday, covering the hours of 22:00 - 06:00.Pay, benefits and more:

What you will do on a typical day:
  • Ensure regular communication with drivers is delivered
  • Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
  • Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI's
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous experience in transport function within logistics beneficial but not essential
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
  • IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
