This is a standout opportunity for a MEP Quantity Surveyor who is either ready to step into a new and exciting role. Long-term, there is potential for equity or leadership involvement as the practice grows (targeting 20-30 staff, with a specialist MEP team of 5+).The MEP Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years MEP Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Strong technical Pre-Contract MEP knowledge
  • Comfortable producing cost plans, challenging subcontractor returns and interpreting complex services designs
  • Experience with commercial office refurbishments preferred
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, ideally MRICS or working towards
