Monday - FridayThis role is focused on generating valuations and landlord referrals across our clients five sales offices in Medway, as well as developing new homes leads over time.The role requires a highly self-motivated individual who can generate their own leads and build strong relationships with sales teams. The position involves travelling between offices daily to support and convert leads such as buy-to-let investors, incoming calls, and walk-ins.The right candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience ideally within estate agency and/or financial services
- Great communication skills
- Motivated to work towards sales targets
- Able to build strong relationships
- Happy to travel across various branches
- Stong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
