What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Estate agency experience in a valuation or management role
Strong track record in instruction-winning
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Team leadership or mentoring experience
High level of customer service and communication skills
Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
Well presented with a professional approach
Knowledge of the Medway area (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
