- Scope and plan projects, create timelines, and maintain project documentation using Asana and Google Suite.
- Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring accountability for deliverables and quality.
- Oversee the full course creation process from initiation to launch and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Design, Video) to deliver successful product launches.
- Maintain oversight of the universal Asana calendar, public webinar schedule, and RTT Open House webinar scheduling to avoid conflicts.
- Liaise with Tech teams on website updates, landing page builds, and perform quality assurance (QA) checks.
- Work together with the RTT School team and Marketing to ensure all resources are accurate, up to date, and aligned with product portfolios.
- Collaborate with leadership to obtain approvals and clarify project requirements.
- Coach new staff on Asana best practices and ensure consistent usage across teams.
- Perform QA testing on landing pages, course materials, and other digital assets.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams - listening to business needs, clarifying requirements, and translating them into actionable, well-scoped tasks for delivery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to turn ambiguity into clear action plans.
- Someone with strong analytical thinking skills who can clearly visualise project dependencies, anticipate potential risks, and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Self-organised, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (especially Scrum).
- Familiarity with digital course development processes.
- Basic knowledge of web development workflows and QA practices.
- Understanding of design and video resource creation, file formats, and Adobe Creative Suite (for collaboration with creative teams).
- General knowledge of software development processes (for collaboration with Tech teams).
- Familiarity with training course creation processes.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach and problem-solving attitude.
