We’re currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Melksham, who are looking to expand their production team with skilled technicians.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong order book in 2025, a great team environment, and a reputation for high-quality, specialist electronic products.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assembling and manufacturing electronic products to specification
- Working with soldering irons, handheld crimp tools, and heat-shrink materials
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Following build procedures and adhering to health & safety standards
- Collaborating with the test team on inspections and in-process testing
- Highlighting and reporting any build issues to the Production Supervisor
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production assembly
- Confident with hand tools, soldering, and crimping
- Able to follow technical instructions and engineering drawings
- A qualification in Electronics or Engineering is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Salary between £24,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
