Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Sewing accurately to specification, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Inspecting samples and working closely with the Quality Engineer
  • Supporting continuous improvement of product specifications and production methods
  • Assisting with sewing operations across sales, after-sales, repairs, and production
  • Investigating and resolving quality issues from customer complaints and returns
  • Adhering strictly to Health & Safety policies
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in sewing and inspection within manufacturing or upholstery
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn new methods
  • Reliable, with a positive attitude
