This is a key finance leadership role responsible for managing divisional financial reporting, payroll cost analysis, and expense oversight. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Finance Manager will deliver accurate reporting, support planning processes, and uphold strong financial controls.Duties will include:Leading the preparation and review of divisional P&L and balance sheet reportingCoordinating timely processing of cost allocations across the groupPresenting monthly performance updates to senior finance leadersManaging forecasting and budgeting cyclesOverseeing payroll analysis, including bonus accruals and scenario modellingMaintaining payroll journals, reconciliations, and third-party liaisonImplementing and managing travel and expense systems and credit card reconciliationsSupporting group reporting and mentoring junior team membersAbout the Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least three years' post-qualification experience, ideally in technology distribution. You’ll combine strong technical accounting skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to communicate clearly. Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.What You Will Receive in Return
