- Supporting the month-end financial reporting process to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assisting in the production of the Annual Report and Accounts, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
- Facilitating the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Analyzing and interrogating financial information to identify trends and variances.
- Preparing papers to support accounting judgments as part of the 2025 year-end process.
- Liaising with Divisions to gather crucial information, ensuring the year-end reporting process is completed accurately and on time.
- Overseeing the preparation of subsidiary financial statements.
- Addressing any other ad-hoc items required by the team to support our objectives.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within a group finance environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and working with auditors would be advantageous.
