
AFTERCARE COORDINATOR

- Cross department liaison (FIMs, Factory, Purchasing) to gain resolutions of customer issues
- Client liaison to assist with requirements and appointment bookings
- Schedule remedial appointments
- Record updates from external teams onto in-house system
- Work alongside factory team to ensure that changes/updates are actioned
- Follow up on factory shortage reports and action as required
- Prioritise high debt remedials and priority clients
- Liaise with fitters & polishers regarding their availability
- Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person
- To adhere to the departmental procedures as advised
- Experience in a scheduling team/dept would be advantageous
- Experience of dealing effectively with complaints on the telephone and in writing
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Confident telephone manner
- Clean and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to take on/learn new skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Must be able to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Excellent IT skills
