- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Sales Executives
- Deliver strong results across KPIs including sales volume, finance penetration and customer satisfaction
- Ensure high standards in showroom presentation and digital listings
- Build effective relationships with manufacturer partners and align with brand requirements
- Drive proactive prospecting, lead generation, and local marketing activity
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and connected customer journey
- Proven success in a Sales Manager or similar role at a franchised dealership
- A passion for new brands, innovation and customer service
- Strong leadership, people development and communication skills
- Experience with digital lead handling and modern automotive retail tools
- A full UK driving licence
