- Managing and sourcing new and used vehicles from acquisition to allocation.
- Drive results and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and manufacturer partners.
- Running promotions and sales events.
- Building a strategy by setting and reviewing targets for the business and auditing the results.
- A passionate and talented Sales Manager with experience within the motor industry.
- Proven track record in achieving car sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
- Motivated by increasing sales performance, profitability and leading your team to their success.
- Demonstratable leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, motivational management style.
- Ability to work under pressure while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
