In return you will receive a competitive salary of upto £67,414.99 per annum including OTE plus excellent benefits!At Vantage we have built carefully on our recent success and we are proud to operate in Thirteen locations across Yorkshire and Lancashire representing Toyota, Lexus, Kia and Škoda.​Our passion to provide the highest quality of customer service is key in everything we do and we now have an opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Transaction Manager to join our team at Vantage Toyota Leeds.​This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 and every other weekend.About the RoleThis role is ideal for a Sales Team Member looking for the step into Sales Management.As Transaction Manager, your aim will be to achieve sales volumes and profit through developing and motivating the Sales Team to ensure every customer receives the very best of customer service. The role will involve managing the supply of vehicles, managing specification of products in line with local markets and sales trends. You will adhere to and maintain the high level of customer satisfaction records expected of the company.You will be expected to maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.​Our ideal Transaction ManagerTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Hold an excellent record with vehicle sales volumes and margins with a proven customer satisfaction record (i.e. CES/Mystery Shopper) and proven customer retention.
  • Have the ability to motivate staff while regularly communicating with other departments from across the company in order to develop the business.
  • Be of smart appearance at all times and hold a full clean UK driving licence.
