Salary: £23,500 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55k+ with top performers significantly exceeding)

  • 3 months guaranteed commission to support your start and induction
  • Uncapped commission structure with no minimum targets and higher bandings for high performers
  • £23,500 starting basic salary, with potential to increase based on volume and banding
