A strong communicator and role model, you'll lead with integrity and professionalism-motivating and developing chefs at every level to deliver world-class dishes and unforgettable guest experiences.With a keen eye for detail, you'll uphold brand standards and kitchen excellence-from GP and rotas to health & safety, allergens, and equipment.   • Highly skilled Head Chef with extensive experience in a fast paced restaurant environment
  • Inspiring people leader who can develop and engage their team to deliver world class dishes and experiences for our guests
  • Strong communicator who leads by example with professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent coach and mentor to chefs of all levels
  • Passion for brand standards and commitment to excellence
  • Strong kitchen management experience - including GP, health and safety, labour and rota's, allergens, equipment maintenance and auditing
