Telesales Car Parts Advisor required in Brentwood, Essex.Our motor trade client, a well-established Automotive Vehicle Parts Specialist in Brentwood, is currently looking to hire a Telesales Car Parts Advisor to join their team.They are a well established business going through a period of growth which is set to continue. They are regularly at the top of the league tables for the internationally recognised brands they represent. The Managing Director and his management team take an active role in the leadership of the company and strive to make it a friendly and co-operative place to work!Details & Benefits of this Telesales Car Parts Advisor include:
  • £30,000 Basic Salary
  • Weekday Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.
  • Every 3rd Saturday worked 8:00am to 1:00pm.

To be successful in the role of Telesales Car Parts Advisor:
  • Proven track record working as a Parts Advisor within an automotive parts department and able to identify parts accurately.
  • Able to use an Automotive Part Catalogue, ensuring the proper and accurate use of all systems,
  • Able to handle incoming Calls and customer enquiries within KPI's, using the approved greeting.
  • Maintain a professional and smart appearance at all times and conduct business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Assist, liaise with and support the team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service.
