Commercial Parts Advisor required in Witham, Essex:
  • Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm + Alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Parts Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing parts inventories, and contributing to the smooth operations of our parts department.Key Responsibilities as a Commercial Parts advisor:
  • Provide excellent customer service and advice on parts availability, pricing, and delivery.
  • Ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and stock levels.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Handle parts returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets to achieve budget goals.
Requirements for this Commercial Parts advisor role:
  • Experience in parts advisory or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
