- Identify and Engage Prospects: Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and other digital channels we support to initiate contact and build interest.
- Promote BHN Solutions: Create awareness and generate interest in BHN’s employee benefits products and services.
- Support Business Development Efforts: Collaborate with experienced benefits BD team members to help build their pipeline while gaining hands-on experience.
- Maintain Client Engagement: Keep in regular contact with new and existing prospects through creative follow-up strategies that drive continued interest.
- Conduct Executive-Level Conversations: Engage senior decision-makers within target organizations to understand their needs and position BHN’s employee benefits offerings effectively.
- Meet Activity Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly goals for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated for the employee benefits sales team.
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in lead generation or sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets.
- Effective Prospect Engagement: Skilled in using remote communication tools to connect with prospects and drive interest in products or services.
- Client-Focused Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Organisational Strength: Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Confident user of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experienced in CRM opportunity management.
- Industry Insight: Previous exposure to the employee benefits or SaaS sectors is advantageous, offering valuable context for understanding client needs and market trends.
