We are looking for two detail-oriented Office Administrators, to support our clients team in a quiet, professional office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and keeping an office running smoothly.Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for clients and team.
- Manage calls, emails, post, and visitor reception.
- Draft letters/emails, scan, file, and maintain records.
- Prepare engagement/disengagement letters.
- Support invoicing, credit control, and company secretarial tasks.
- Assist with marketing and general office duties.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in accounting or professional services is a plus.
