You’ll be central to ensuring that inspection reports and records are accurate, well-maintained, and compliant, supporting the wider team by keeping internal processes running smoothly. While the role requires high attention to detail and a “head-down” approach, it also offers plenty of variety and pace.Key Duties:
- Input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
- Proofread and check reports for accuracy and consistency
- Log and track queries, escalating where necessary
- Maintain organised electronic and paper records
- Support the wider team with documentation, compliance checks, and admin tasks
- Assist with preparing management information and ad hoc reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong IT skills, especially Excel and database systems
- Excellent written communication skills for checking and recording information
- Organised and reliable, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, or reporting is desirable but not essential
- Thrives on accuracy and structured tasks
- Enjoys a fast-moving environment with plenty of variety
- Prefers a supportive back-office role with minimal phone work
- Takes pride in ensuring data and reports are correct and reliable
