- Manage and coach a team of recruitment specialists, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.
- Actively involved in white/blue collar hiring.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with regional regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners, across white/blue collar hiring, to understand and meet hiring needs.
- Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Proven experience in engineering/manufacturing recruitment, preferably in a multi-regional capacity.
- Excellent communication skills: proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial.
- Relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate and manage nuanced messages across different stakeholder groups.
- Experience in team management and ability to lead and inspire recruitment specialists.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with various recruiting technologies and platforms, with experience of leading change management would be preferable.
