- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across international markets and STEM sectors.
- Develop and execute innovative global recruitment strategies to source top sales talent.
- Utilise our digital platforms and automation technology to streamline the recruitment process.
- Partner with clients and candidates, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and deal closure.
- Represent our comprehensive suite of talent solutions, from behavioral profiling to performance services.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience.
- Demonstrated success in 360 recruitment, executive search, or sales, preferably with experience in international or STEM sectors.
- A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven drive, ambition, and a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Competitive base salary (£30,000 – £40,000) plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 – £120,000).
