Reports to: VP, Business OperationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Operations Manager to lead and scale our multi-faceted Business Operations team within the Global Product and Technology Organization (GPTO). - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Operations Managers across diverse functional areas.
- Define and communicate the Business Operations vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company priorities.
- Drive a culture of excellence through professional development, performance management, and team growth.
- Own and evolve operational frameworks, including roadmap governance and UX operations models.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact of executive-level reporting and leadership review materials.
- Champion process optimization initiatives that increase speed, alignment, and scalability across the product development lifecycle.
- Lead strategy and execution of high-visibility initiatives, including product advisory boards and executive steering committees.
- Design and implement operational plans that unify global product and technology efforts under a consistent, scalable model.
- Serve as a key partner to Product and Engineering leadership, driving alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Establish governance models and reporting cadences to ensure seamless collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Represent Business Operations in executive forums, clearly communicating progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years' experience in business or product operations, with proven impact at scale.
- 3+ years' people leadership experience, including managing managers or leads.
- Experience overseeing multiple operational domains (Product Ops, UX Ops, or broader Business Ops).
- Proven success in setting and delivering operational strategy in a large-scale technology or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Scaling operations in a high-growth, global organization.
- Strong knowledge of modern product development methodologies (Agile, SAFe) and SaaS product lifecycles.
- Experience designing and running executive-level customer or advisory programs.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budget ownership and KPI definition.
