About the roleWithin this senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role, you will be taking ownership of all pre-completion and post-completion work including:
  • Setting up files
  • Ordering property searches
  • AML and ID checks
  • SDLT
  • Closing files
  • Supporting fee earners with their caseloads
