Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needsThe RoleAre you an experienced educator who thrives on making a difference beyond the classroom? We're looking for a compassionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to work one-to-one with students who need a more personalised approach to learning. You'll support learners with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and re-engage with education in a meaningful way.What You'll Be DoingDeliver tailored lessons in Maths, English, and Science, aligned with the UK curriculumAdapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and emotional needsBuild strong, trusting relationships with students and their familiesCreate a safe, structured environment that supports both academic and personal growthEncourage independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learningWhat We're Looking ForQTS or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of 2 years' teaching experienceExperience working with SEN and SEMH learnersConfidence teaching across Key Stages 1-4Enhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKStrong understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Join Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We believe that every child deserves the chance to succeed, no matter their circumstances.
