Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical NeedsAbout the RoleAre you an experienced teacher who thrives on helping students overcome barriers to learning? We're looking for SEN Teachers to provide one-to-one support to children and young people with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, creativity, and the chance to make a real impact outside of a traditional classroom setting.What You'll Be DoingDeliver tailored lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's learning style and paceCreate a calm, structured environment that supports both academic and emotional developmentWork closely with families and carers to ensure consistent, wraparound supportEncourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learningPromote inclusive values and model positive behaviourWhat You'll NeedQTS or equivalent (PGCE)At least 2 years of teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1-4A background in supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or complex needsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We specialise in supporting students who need a more personalised and flexible approach to education.
