Salary: £42,000 per annumOur client is a respected provider of professional Audio-Visual solutions, supporting clients across the corporate, hospitality, entertainment, and live events sectors.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to join our client’s growing service team. Based from their West London hub, this field-based role involves visiting client sites primarily across London, with occasional travel across the UK, to service, maintain, and repair a range of AV systems-with a particular focus on LED video wall technology. Conduct on-site fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of professional AV systems. Specialise in LED video wall servicing including fault-finding, panel alignment, module repairs, and firmware updates.Essential Skills & Experience:Previous experience as an AV or field service engineer within a service-led environment.Strong technical knowledge of LED wall systems (ROE, Absen, Unilumin, INFiLED or equivalent).Familiarity with AV control and signal routing systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSYS, or Kramer.Understanding of video conferencing solutions (Zoom, Teams, Cisco) and audio DSPs (QSC, Biamp, BSS).Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Full UK driving licence (essential).Package & Benefits:Use of a company van when required for site workTools, laptop, and mobile phone providedTravel expenses covered (where applicable)Ongoing training and access to manufacturer certificationsOpportunities to work on high-profile AV and LED projectsSupportive team culture with genuine career development prospectsContract/Position Details:About ProsperoProud to be listed in the Times as one of 'The Best Companies To Work For', Prospero Integrated is an innovative and forward-thinking recruitment agency.
