Job Title: Fire Service EngineerLocation: West LondonRate: £220 p/dayAre you an experienced Fire Service Engineer with a strong background in emergency lighting? We are seeking an engineer to carry out emergency light testing and replacements across social housing sites in West London. You will be responsible for completing regular flick tests and remedial works, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.Description of contract/programme of works:
  • Conduct emergency lighting flick tests (monthly/quarterly) - up to 20 tests per day
  • Carry out replacements and remedial works where required
  • Ensure compliance with BS 5266 and relevant fire safety standards
  • Complete all job sheets and reporting accurately
  • Work safely and efficiently on social housing sites
Experience required:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Fire systems (Emergency Lighting focus)
  • Strong understanding of fire safety compliance and maintenance
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
  • DBS Check
  • ECS Card
  • Electrical Qualifications
  • Own hand tools and power tools
  • Steps and ladders
  • Full PPE
