It was 30 years ago when we were a small maintenance contractor with a single van; and it still is now we are a truly national company”.About the Role:As a Contract Manager you will be working on our SHDF retrofit programme within the social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community you will be supporting high standard Site Management activities for Planned Works Programmes to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.Key Criteria:
  • Knowledge and experience in SHDF and Retrofit
  • Knowledge of Pas 2030/20235
  • Previous experience as a contract manager
  • Previous experience leading a SHDF team.
  • UK Full Driving licence
