Contracts Manager - JoinerySouth Yorkshire£60-65k plus packageContracts Manager required for a leading joinery contractor working on high rise residential and commercial projects with value sup to £10 million. Work includes fire doors, door sets and all associated joinery works.Benefits:

Role Overview:As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for manging several projects operationally offering technical advice and support on specification and design and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 2-4 projects supporting the site teams
  • Manage the client relationship attending meeting s and offering technical advice and solving problems
  • Review project drawings and specifications and write programmes for site
  • Visits sites on a weekly basis
  • Record and review information on software packages including bolster
  • Liaise and work closely with the operations director
About the Company:
  • Specialist joinery contractor
  • Works with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors
  • Projects typically range from £1M to £10M
  • Over 30 years of trading history
What We're Looking For:
  • Technical background in joinery and fire doors
  • Previous experience managing large commercial and residential projects
  • CSCS and driving license
  • NVQ Level 6 in construction or degree educated
  • Proficient in IT and reporting tools including bolster
  • Ability to write and amend programmes
