- translate stakeholder and market insights into tailored, strategic solutions that influence senior decision-makers
- define and evaluate solution components to meet customer needs using evidence-based analysis
- scope and delegate solution design tasks across the team to ensure clarity and accountability
- lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and operationally viable solution artefacts
- collaborate and challenge stakeholders to optimise solution outcomes and secure buy-in
- manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the solution lifecycle
- experience in pre-sales roles, ideally within public sector markets
- strong understanding of the full solution lifecycle - from analysis and design to transition and delivery
- proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective input from subject matter experts
- skilled in stakeholder engagement, leveraging capabilities and emerging technologies to drive delivery
- effective problem-solver in complex environments, focused on service improvement and digital innovation
- clear communicator with senior stakeholders, able to present proposals under pressure and tight deadlines
- a recognised qualification in project or programme management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP)
