Position SummaryWhy join our team?As a Senior Product Manager in the Samsung UK Services team your primary focus is driving the growth of Samsung Care propoistion, D2C and B2B device care. You will be the centre point for Samsung Care in the UK and will also collaborate with the European and Global service functions, driving partner engagement, product playbook and customer journeys.The Services team are part of the wider UK Mobile Experience - Product Management and Marketing organisation. Our Senior Product Managers are both the engine and the driver of our services, happy to bounce between strategy, operations and delivery.Role and ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilitiesBe customer centricOptimise consumer journeys to maximise Samsung Care+ attach to all mobile productsFocus on optimizing the customer experience of Care+ across key channels (Samsung.com, Samsung Experience Stores, Sales Portal)Work with the marketing and communications teams to inform all consumer touch points and ensure continuity in the experience throughout the customer life cycleIdentify, test and implement new service opportunities either self initiated or as part of international collaboration on behalf of the UKDrive momentum of Samsung Care+ through team members and partnersBe the centre of Samsung Care+ knowledge for the business including product roadmap and operational processesBuild strong and fruitful cross-team relationships, including Samsung HQ (Suwon), European office and internal UK teamsLeverage our Insurance partner’s expertise commercially, operationally, regulatory and otherwise and ensure compliance with FCADrive and hold to account key sales channels to deliver against shared targets, actively managing and calling out risks and challengesData driven decision makingUse data to monitor performance, forecast and adjust course, as well as spot trends and risks as they appearUse commercial insight to inform decision making on product positioning and offers/campaignsReport on performance and planning week on weekMaintain and administrate the propositionsSupport delivery of Knox Product proposition across the B2B functionTechnical implementation and maintenance of new Samsung Care+ and Knox productsWork with cross functional teams to maintain the service (finance, customer service, legal etc)What does success look like?Sustain and optimise the current product strategy for Care+Delivery of core Key Performance Indicators set for 2026 and beyondBuilding strong relationships across insurance providerSkills and QualificationsWhat we need for this roleWe are particularly interested in those who have worked in customer centric roles for organisations such as FinTech, InsureTech, Mobile-led ecommerce and innovative telecoms environmentsProven Product Management experience of digital first productsShown experience working on consumer focused applications or productsDemonstrable experience of driving significant results through 3rd parties/partners year on yearExtensive knowledge of using data to underpin decision makingExperience of working in a heavily regulated environmentExperience in executing test, learn and deploy initiativesExcellent relationship management skillsResilient under pressure with a challenger mentalityCommercially minded and growth focusedAbility to work independently and productively in an unstructured and ambiguous environmentAble to present to senior audiences in a clear and concise mannerCustomer journey mappingFundamentals of data manipulation and deriving insightsForecasting based on sellout and past performanceProduct performance analysisExisting knowledge of the insurance market preferableExisting knowledge of ecommerce desirableBenefits of working at Samsung includeHybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per weekBonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performanceCar allowancePrivate medical – family coverIncome protectionEnhanced pension contributionThree volunteering days each yearFlexible benefit portal and contribution of £55 per month - including travel insurance, gym membership, season ticket loan, Tastecard, dental insurance and moreHoliday - 25 days plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthdayAccess to discounts on a wide range of Samsung productsAccess to a discount shopping portalA note on equal opportunitiesWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our Company.
