- People Management - Manage a team of Regional Alliance Managers who focus on both our Okta & Auth0 platforms. The team's portfolio includes Global System Integrators (GSIs) (Accenture, PwC, and Deloitte); Resellers (Softcat, CDW, Bytes, and ComputaCentre) and boutique partners. You may also engage with MSPs, technology partners, and distributors.

- Partner Ecosystem: Continue to develop our partner ecosystem by creating and executing robust, strategic business plans that align with our shared goals.
- Cross Functional Partnership - Act as a critical partner to the VP of UKI and sales leaders. You will need exceptional influence and leadership skills to drive a "partner-first" mindset across the organisation and bring GTM teams together.
- Forecast - Accurately forecast partner influenced and sourced revenue enabling predicability and linearity.
- Executive Engagement - Use a data-driven approach to engage with and influence Executives at all levels. Act with gravitas and credibility to secure buy-in and support for your initiatives.
- SaaS Industry Expertise: You have considerable experience in the SaaS industry, ideally within a high-growth organisation selling complex, technical solutions. Experience in the security space is a significant plus.
- Proven Builder Mindset: You've previously worked within a hybrid GTM model and have a demonstrated track record of building a partner program from the ground up or successfully transforming an existing one.
- Builder / Operator - You thrive on solving problems, have the credibility to influence at the executive level, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to handle the operational details.
- Leader - You are a strong people manager who is passionate about talent development and creating a shared vision for your team.
- Extensive Network: You bring a strong network within the UK market, particularly with GSIs and resellers. You have established champions at the most senior levels within these partner organisations.
- Quantifiable Results: You have a proven track record of delivering measurable results, including increased pipeline growth, a higher percentage of sourced opportunities, and an overall increase in partner-influenced revenue.
