Salary: Based on experience and qualificationsWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and supportive team in a welcoming primary school in Kettering.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development and is confident delivering lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher.Key Responsibilities:Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groupsSupport class teachers in planning, assessing, and delivering high-quality learningProvide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including SEND pupilsContribute to the development of resources and classroom displaysSupport pupil behaviour, engagement, and well-being throughout the school dayWe are looking for someone who:Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualificationHas experience working across Key Stages (EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2)Is confident managing a whole class in the teacher’s absenceHas a proactive, flexible and positive attitudeIs committed to inclusion, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenIn return, we offer:A welcoming and inclusive school communityA supportive leadership team and dedicated colleaguesOpportunities for further training and professional developmentEnthusiastic children who enjoy learningA well-resourced and positive working environmentIf you are interested please send across your CV to:All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
